Our process
- 01Coordination with biomedical engineering
Equipment list, items that need manufacturer technicians and time windows that do not disrupt care.
- 02Preparation and packing
Moving parts locked, clean padded packing and every item labelled by destination room.
- 03Transport
Shock-absorbing trucks with ramps and quiet handling through corridors and elevators.
- 04Placement
Placed per the room plan and handed over to the technical team for connection and testing.
Moving a hospital department
Moving a department is done in stages so patient care continues. We move room by room in an order agreed with the head nurse and logistics team, and leave each space clean for the next stage.
Clinics and dental practices
When a clinic opens or moves, the dental unit, X-ray and autoclave are the critical items. We move them carefully and time the placement with the technician so the clinic is back in operation quickly.
Common questions about medical equipment moving
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. In active hospitals and clinics we schedule work so it does not interfere with patient care.
Who connects the equipment at the new location?
The manufacturer's technician or your biomedical engineering team. We coordinate so the equipment is in place before they arrive.
Can you move an X-ray unit?
Yes. X-ray units are heavy and sensitive, so we plan the route, use lifting equipment and coordinate disassembly with the technician.
What if the unit does not fit in the elevator?
For heavy equipment on upper floors we bring in a crane and lift through a window or façade opening, coordinated with building management.
Do you deliver for equipment suppliers?
Yes. We work with medical equipment suppliers and deliver heavy, sensitive equipment to their customers.
