Our process
- 01Quote
Send a short video or photos of every room on WhatsApp, with addresses and a date. We quote from that.
- 02Planning
We set a date. You arrange the elevator and parking at both buildings and tell us about floors, stairs and large items so we know if a crane is needed.
- 03Packing
Pack yourself with boxes we bring, or we pack everything.
- 04Moving day
Disassembly, wrapping, orderly loading and transport.
- 05At the new home
Unloading by room, furniture reassembly and placement.
What makes a good move
Most damage in a home move happens in three places: on the stairs, during loading and during unloading. So we wrap every item, load in an order that prevents shifting on the road, and protect the walls and floors of the building. Large items that will not go down the stairwell come down by crane rather than taking a risk.
Apartments in high-rise buildings
In towers and new buildings the service elevator usually has to be booked in advance with the building committee or management company. Arrange it ahead of time and let us know, so the crew is not left waiting.
